Are you looking for something new for your event? If so you may be looking for Monkey Business. Monkey Business Circus is an East Anglian based circus company with a mission that goes beyond simply entertaining through to public involvement. We provide shows and public workshops in the circus arts. We consistently receive wonderful feedback for both the shows we present and the workshops we hold.
We are able to offer various options ranging from individual acts to a full circus show.
As an example we can offer an Aerial Silks package. Typically this would feature two artists and, should you desire could include 2 workshops for up to 10 people at a time.
Alternatively you could have a full Circus featuring for example Silks, Trapeze, Aerial Chains, Aerial Hoop, Hula Hoop, Juggling and Fire. Pick an act and we can probably provide it. Workshops in most circus arts are also available including Aerial arts.
We have shows particularly aimed at families. We are currently touring with 'The Old Lady Who Swallowed A Fly' complete with all the animals or 'Super Hero Shenanigans featuring several Superhero characters in pursuit of the Joker. Both shows are extremely popular. Shows featuring Aerial Circus can be performed from any suitably rated structure with a minimum height of 4.5m (ideally 6 metres or more). Structures we have performed from include Big Tops, tree surgeon inspected trees, scaffold and agricultural telehandlers. Check with us for suitability. Alternatively, for an additional fee we can supply our own rig which is 6.6m high with a 6.6m square footprint. This is a very impressive structure and forms a very good centrepiece to any area of an event.
We have full Public Liability Insurance.
